Injection Molding Magnets

   Golden South has technical strength in electromagnetic applications and tooling design. The production lines are capable of producing complete varieties of ferrite injection magnet products, mass production of high-performance and high-precision magnetic tiles, sensors, rotors, magnetic rollers and other series of injection magnet products.  

   Injection magnet products are mainly used in micro-motors within automobile, household appliances, medical equipment, brushless DC, precision sensors.

       Main products Series：

      * Injection magnetic arcs: Used in all kinds of micro-motors with the advantages of radial orientation, high magnetic flux efficiency, unbreakable and no lost scraps, they can be driven by a low starting voltage, which is suitable for the application when the low starting voltage is needed.

     * Sensor magnets: Most of them are applied in all kinds of automobile, household appliances and medical equipment as precision sensors. They can be integrally injection moulded with plastic or metal bushing.

     * Rotor magnets: Mainly used in DC brushless motors such as motors in air conditioner, household appliances, also used as rotors for synchronous motor and magnetic coupling. They can be integrally injection moulded with mandrel.
